ORIENTATION PACKET describes a few important things for the students to prepare. Don't go crazy preparing these things, just get a good start on it. It also lists what to bring, what not to bring, some of the rules and regulations for the program, and a few important but brief forms to complete that need to be returned with the balance of your tuition.

IU CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT is the form that Indiana University requires every participant to complete. This will help us immeasureablly in the event a student needs medical attention.
