About Jorie Miller

Jorie Miller is a Senior pursuing Stage and Production Management with a minor in Arts Management. Jorie runs the Board of Directors for University Players alongside the Artistic and Managing Directors. She is in her third year as the Production Manager. For IU Theatre: New Moves (Stage Manager), Shifting Landscapes (Stage Manager), By the Bog of Cats (Assistant Stage Manager), Crazy For You (Assistant Stage Manager), Junior Dance: Hatched (Stage Manager), Wonderful Town (Assistant Stage Manager). For University Players: Murder Ballad (Stage Manager), American Idiot (Stage Manager), Triassic Parq (Stage Manager), SLIP (Stage Manager). For IP: One Night Only Off-Broadway Workshop (Stage Manager). For the past summers, Jorie has worked as a House and Volunteer Management and Box Office Intern at her local theatre, Memorial Opera House. Most recently she has also worked as an intern with MidWay Music Speaks and as IUST’s Stage Manager for Closer Than Ever. She has a full year of shows coming up including: Footloose, The Threepenny Opera, Faculty Dance, Tuck Everlasting, New Moves. After graduation, she hopes to move to New York City. Jorie is from Valparaiso, Indiana.
