About Sofia Salgado

Sofia Salgado is a Hispanic actor, teaching artist, and intimacy director. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she received a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance from Florida International University and is thrilled to receive her M.F.A. in Acting from Indiana University Bloomington. She’s passionate about telling stories that ignite meaningful conversations—works that inspire change, raise awareness, and foster community. Her recent credits include: 4,000 Miles (Bec), Measure for Measure (Isabella), Dial M for Murder (Margot Wendice), Sanctuary City (G), and Twelfth Night (Olivia), among others. Follow her @sofi.sal
