About Michelle Zink-Muñoz

Michelle was born and raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey. Her performing career began at a young age when she was a part of the New Jersey children's band, Groovy Ruby. As she grew older, she became enthralled with the world of theatre, especially new theatre. This love for new theatre has led her to work on many premiering productions such as The Wave, a new musical by Or Matias, Unhinged: A New American Song Cycle by Lauren Gaynor, and the premiere musicals with IUST. In the summer of 2017, Michelle acted as a summer casting intern at Tara Rubin Casting in New York City. In December 2017, Michelle won the National Society of Arts and Letters Musical Theatre Competition for the Bloomington Chapter. When she's not on stage, Michelle lives much of her life listening to 80's music and watching John Hughes' films.
