Erin returns to the Midwest after serving at the Baylor University where she was the Costume Shop Manager since 2018. In addition to her work at Baylor she has worked for the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Alley Theatre, IATSE TWU 896, Playmakers Repertory Company, and Christ (deemed to be) University in Bangalore, India in a variety of roles including but not limited to Costume Shop Management, Draper, Wardrobe Supervisor, and First Hand.   

Erin is passionate about helping students gain the confidence and experience to achieve their dreams. Her work is focused on ways to develop processes for students that set professional standards, create expectations, and help them learn through their mistakes
